These Starters range upto 2500 H.P of slip ring induction motor. NEI LRS(Liquid Rotor Starter) has stainless steel blades contacts instead of M.S blades because the contacts of these starters remain in salty water for a long time so which will do not get corrode .NEI Liquid Rotor Starter also has DMC insulators which has high withstand capacity of heat. NEI Liquid Rotor Starter contains heavy copper contacts and are installed in a way to reduce sparking.
Tank of LRS(Liquid Rotor Starter) is also rubberised coated as well as rubberised painted with PVC lining so as to prevent it from rust. Connections of NEI Liquid Rotor Starter are based on Stud which is given in a separate connection box which provides better connection and proper wiring facilities to the user and even reduces the breakdown of their Machinery. Even in NEI LRS,we install all of stainless steel or brass bolts which remain dipped into the tank for most of the time All the Moving and Stationary contacts are of heavy copper wire Bar .

Water starter is a resistor which has a liquid resistance element. It is also called Liquid Resistance Starter (LRS). It is used to supply power to the driving motor while varying resistance. These starters range upto 2500 H.P. of slipring induction motor.
